We may terminate your use and registration on the Site, at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, without prior notice, and without any additional liability or obligation of any kind to you or any other party.

Using our Site does not give you ownership or any intellectual property rights over our content or our Services.

The Site provides access and use to any Users (as defined below).

Zurata's Site will never ask for a password from you.

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

At any time, you can stop using our Services, just as we can stop providing our Services to you. And we may add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Zurata's Site from any claim, notice, subpoena, judicial or extrajudicial action, or any liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from any violation and/or infringement committed by the User or any person acting on their behalf, with their consent or tolerance, in relation to the Site (including with respect to any provisions of these Terms). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Site and any of its successors and assigns, and any of its respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, advertisers, suppliers, and operational service providers from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from any violation or breach of this Agreement by you. At our sole discretion, we may block, restrict, disable or prevent any User's access to the Site, in whole or in part, without any prior notice, whenever inappropriate conduct by the User is detected.

6. Posts

Your comments, suggestions, and information are important to us.

Parts of this Site may provide you with the opportunity to participate in blog services and other web community features, through other communication features, such as contact forms, which provide you with the opportunity to submit, or not, through such means, information, ideas, opinions, messages, content, media, materials, or other information (collectively, “Posts,” “Submissions”).

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

This Site and this Terms of Use Agreement were designed and directed for the public residing in and governed and operated in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. This Site is not operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of other nations.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will have Brazilian law applied. Its text must be interpreted in Portuguese, and you agree to submit to the Central Court of the Comarca of Porto Alegre for individual arbitration to resolve any and all claims by or between you and the Site.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and any additional terms, the additional terms will control for the conflict.
